It’s been a month since we finished up and I’ve seen huge improvements in the quality of my work, have been able to get on preferred vendor lists for high end venues, was invited to an invite-only networking group, and have been working with high end planners. It completely changed the trajectory of where my business is going.

And the best part - I’m feeling creative and excited about my work again. We spent the first 2 months diving deep into every aspect of how I shoot and edit weddings. The films that I created since working with Henry are so much more dynamic, engaging, polished, and unique.

One of my favorite parts was editing those films live with Henry. We would get on Zoom, go through every clip I shot, bounce around ideas for how to structure the film, choose music, talk about new ways to use the visuals, and continually refine until we ended up with a film that was beyond anything I had created before.

From there it was all about refining my branding and using the new work to connect with new venues and planners.

And on the personal side it was so much fun. Our calls were relaxed but productive. Henry is an awesome person and I always looked forward to our calls. Having an accomplished videographer in my corner gave me the confidence to really go after my goals.
